Terms and Conditions
Last updated: January 27, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PrescribeMe.eu and the services provided through this website.
1. Service Description
PrescribeMe provides online prescription services for straightforward medical cases. This is not a medical consultation service and does not replace in-person medical care. If your condition requires examination, diagnostic testing, or ongoing management, you should seek care from a healthcare provider in person.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to request a prescription through PrescribeMe. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. How It Works
You submit a prescription request through our form. A licensed physician reviews your request. If appropriate, a prescription is issued and you are charged. If a prescription cannot be issued, you are not charged.
4. Controlled Substances
Requests for controlled substances such as ADHD medications (e.g., Adderall, Ritalin), strong painkillers (e.g., oxycodone, codeine), or benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Valium) cannot be managed through this platform—even if you are a returning in-person patient. This does not affect requests for common treatments or other routine medications.
5. No Guarantee of Prescription
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. The prescribing physician reserves the right to decline any request for any reason, including but not limited to: insufficient information, contraindications, or clinical judgment that the request is inappropriate for remote prescribing.
6. Payment and Refunds
You are only charged if a prescription is issued. Once a prescription has been issued, no refunds will be provided. If an error is made on the prescription, we will issue a corrected prescription at no additional charge.
7. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your prescription request. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service and could pose risks to your health.
8. Not for Emergencies
PrescribeMe is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 112 (Spain) or go to your nearest emergency department.
9. Limitation of Liability
PrescribeMe provides prescriptions based on the information you provide. We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate information, failure to disclose relevant medical history, or misuse of prescribed medications.
10. Service Availability
Express and Priority services are only available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (CET). Outside these hours, only Standard service is available.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
