We use your information for three purposes: to provide your medical consultation and prescription, to process your payment, and to communicate with you about your request. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't directly involved in delivering your prescription.

Who Can Access Your Information

Your health information is reviewed only by the licensed physician handling your case. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which operates under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards. We may share information if required by Spanish or EU law, but only to the extent legally necessary.

How We Protect It All data transmitted through our site is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure. We limit access to personal information to only what's necessary to deliver our service.
